NCAA DI, DII and DIII Field Hockey Championships

The 2017 NCAA Division I, II, and III Field Hockey national championships are scheduled for Nov. 17 & 19, 2017 at University of Louisville Trager Stadium and Bellarmine University Owlsey B. Frazier Stadium. Semi-finals begin on Friday at 10am; championship games begin on Sunday at 11am. In addition, Victory Sports Tours/NFHCA Senior Games will be held Friday and Saturday; and USA Field Hockey will offer players, umpires and coaches clinics on Sunday. Varsity Brands All-Star Cheer & Dance

The World Spirit Federation is bringing its 2017 Cheer & Dance Championships to Louisville. The event will be held at the Kentucky Expo Center in the East Hall, North Wing, South Wing A and Freedom Hall.

USA BMX Bluegrass Nationals

More than 1,000 amateur BMX riders are expected to participate in the USA BMX Bluegrass Nationals. Speeding on bicycles, racers aged from  2-to-70-years-old will jump dirt ramps and navigate obstacles in an action-packed sprint to the finish line.

The Paul Hornung Award Banquet is presented by KentuckyOne Health. Scheduled for March 7, 2018, at the The Galt House Hotel, the banquet will honor the winner of the 2017 Paul Hornung Award. The Paul Hornung Award, presented by Texas Roadhouse, is given annually to the most versatile player in major college football.
