Event Will Honor Oregon State’s Jack Colletto as the Most Versatile Player in Major College Football
Louisville, Ky. – Feb. 9, 2023 – ESPN award-winning commentator and celebrated author Jeremy Schaap will be the featured speaker at the 13th annual Paul Hornung Award Ceremony to be held on March 14, 2023, at the Galt House Hotel in downtown Louisville.
The 2022 Paul Hornung Award winner, Oregon State quarterback-fullback-linebacker-special teams ace Jack Colletto, will be the honored guest at the Ceremony. Nicknamed “The Jackhammer,” Colletto earned a mechanical engineer degree at Oregon State while playing 10 different positions on offense, defense and special teams as a senior and helping lead the Beavers to a 10-3 record and victory in the Las Vegas Bowl. Louisville, Ky. – Nov. 10, 2022 – Four players from Power Five conferences have been named finalists for the Paul Hornung Award, given annually to the most versatile player in major college football. Making the list are Jack Colletto, Oregon State; Emeka Egbuka, Ohio State; Jahmyr Gibbs, Alabama; and Will Shipley, Clemson.

Louisville, Ky. – Nov. 8, 2022 – Four players led their teams to wins in week 10 of the college football season to earn the Paul Hornung Award Honor Roll. Making the list are Kazmeir Allen, UCLA; Michael Jackson III, USC; Bo Nix, Oregon; and Victor Rosa, UConn.

Louisville, Ky. – Oct. 25, 2022 – Two repeat players and three newcomers earned the Paul Hornung Award Honor Roll for their outstanding performances this past weekend during week eight of the college football season. Repeat honorees are Emeka Egbuka, Ohio State; and Will Shipley, Clemson. Buffalo’s Ron Cook Jr., Notre Dame’s Isaiah Foskey and Oregon’s Bucky Irving made the list for the first time.
